Lynne d Johnson: Content Director

As Content Director for AdMonsters, Lynne d Johnson leads the AdMonsters’ content and community strategy, as well as the company’s roster of industry-leading, community-focused events.

Prior to joining AdMonsters, Lynne was Director of Digital and Social Media at Waggener Edstrom, a Senior Social Media Strategist at R/GA, SVP, Social Media for the Advertising Research Foundation, Senior Editor & Community Director for FastCompany.com, and General Manager, New Media for VIBE, SPIN, and VIBE Vixen.

She’s also a sought-after speaker and has presented keynotes and moderated panels around the world at conferences like PRSA Digital Impact, SXSW Interactive, AdTech, Web 2.0, WebVisions, Web Directions Sydney, Future of Web Apps, BlogHer Biz, Lesbians Who Tech, and more.

Lynne holds a BA in Journalism, an MBA in Media Management, and an Advanced Certificate in Multicultural Studies. She also teaches Class, Race, and Gender at SUNY Empire State College, Harry Van Arsdale Jr. School of Labor Studies.

Andrea Larick: Content Program Director

Andrea Larick is AdMonsters’ Content Program Director, handling all communications and engagement for our speakers and event content.

She is a conference industry pro, having served as a Conference & Event Manager for Meeting Demands and Speaker Engagement Manager for Informa Connect.

Andrea is the caretaker of the AdMonsters House of Speakers, ensuring no Powerpoint is left behind.

 

Yakira Young: Content Manager

Yakira Young is AdMonsters Content Manager and creator of many AdMonsters community touchstones, such as the weekly newsletter, The Wrapper, and social media. She also creates much of the content on AdMonsters.com and helps to program our events with relevant content and speakers from within the community.

Prior to becoming Associate Editor at AdMonsters, she was the Communications Coordinator at The Paley Center for Media, Deputy Campaign Manager on the Tasha for Greenburgh Town Supervisor Campaign, Digital Project Coordinator at Emmis Communications, Marketing Assistant at Warner Music Group, and an Editorial Assistant at Paramount.

Andrew Byrd: Assistant Editor

Andrew Byrd is AdMonsters’ Assistant Editor. He writes content for AdMonsters.com, including feature stories, Decoders, Wrappers, Slides of Our Lives, and more. He also crafts messaging for much of AdMonsters’ social media channels and helps bolster the brand’s presence on LinkedIn. Prior to working with AdMonsters, Andrew was a Media Associate for AdMonsters’ parent company, Access Intelligence, where he worked under the Vice President of Digital and also worked as a marketer and editorial assistant for PRNEWS. Prior to that, Andrew worked as an editorial intern at Modern Luxury Media where he wrote for the DC, Boston, and Philadelphia publications amongst other freelance work.

Justin Loresco: Senior Director of Sales & Marketing

As Director of Business Development for AdMonsters, Justin Loresco is responsible for the community development and monetization of their global conferences and media property for the past decade.

For over the past decade, Justin earned stripes in digital as the Marketing Strategist and Sales Manager for iMedia Communications, Account Director at Crisp Branding Agency and as a Senior Advisor for Tapit! Media Group prior to their acquisition.

A devoted family man, Justin enjoys spending his time with his loving wife Mary and two beautiful children Lani and Makai.

Kitty Gunther: Director of Events

Kitty Gunther is AdMonsters live event maestro. In her role as Director of Events,  she is responsible for creating the signature AdMonsters event experience that  attendees rave about. From large logistics to the tiniest details, Kitty ensures that every attendee has an enjoyable and valuable experience at AdMonsters events.

Kitty is proudly AdMonsters’ first employee! She’s planned and executed 50 Publisher Forums and 11 Ops conferences, and has taken AdMonsters to more than 35 different cities and 5 countries.

Carrie Brown Albanese: Director of Marketing

Carrie is AdMonsters’ Director of Marketing, working alongside the team to communicate news, events and happenings to the Ad Ops and Rev Tech community. She joined AdMonsters in 2015.

Carrie has 15 years of experience working for a variety of event and media companies, including Etsy, Scratch Music Group, Tough Mudder, Event Marketer, and more.

She’s a communicator who is passionate about creating compelling live events that foster community and connections.

Trish Borelli: Sr. Director of Marketing

Trish is the Sr. Director of Marketing, handling marketing strategy and operations.

Prior to joining AdMonsters, Trish served as a Sr. Audience Acquisition Manager for Emerald Expositions and Account Manager for GLM.
